A Sensitised Anti-Plague Vaccine

it 011 a larger scale and I should be much obliged if you would publish this with the request that medical officers who are in charge of plague cases and are willing to try it, would communicate with me when I shall be pleased to send them some. The vaccine was made in the District Laboratory by kind permission of the A. D. P. H. of the N. W. F. Province. I would ask them when writing, to let me know 011 how many cases they propose to use it; and I would also ask them to let me know what results are obtained. The points 1 require information 011, are firstly, the general effect 011 the progress of the case, secondly' whether the case had previously had protective inoculation; thirdly whether the case was treated in hospital or privately, fourthly, whether there was any local reaction (so far the local reaction has been negligible), and, lastly, what other treatment was adopted which might confuse the issue. Full instructions will be sent with the vaccine but it should be understood that the doses may be modified entirely at the discretion of the medical officer in charge of the case.
